Overview
Xrun turns the pitch into a performance lab. We helped ship the product web experience at xrun.se and the XPOD companion apps on iOS and Google Play that pair over Bluetooth with the wearable GPS tracker. Players and coaches start and stop sessions from the phone, sync GPS data in one tap, map home grounds from satellite view, schedule training and matches, and review distance, top speed, sprint count, heatmaps, accelerations, fatigue signals, and an overall performance score (XPS). The stack connects hardware telemetry to mobile and web so athletes train smarter with clear, comparable session stats.
Challenge
Football players and coaches needed pitch-accurate GPS tracking without walking the sideline device-by-device — plus insights that go beyond raw distance numbers.
Solution
An end-to-end product: IoT XPOD GPS wearables, Flutter apps for players and squads (pair, record, sync, calendar, pitch mapping), and a marketing/product web at xrun.se with AI-assisted performance analytics — speed, endurance, movement patterns, fatigue, and heatmaps.
